July's recommended winery mailing lists to join: Amici Cellars A small Napa Valley winery that produces primarily red wines including a Meritage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Sangiovese. Winemaker Jeff Hansen produces outstanding small lot (75 cases of Meritage, 125 cases of Sangiovese, 325 cases of Cabernet Sauvigonon) wines at resonable prices. http://www.amicicellars.com/about_contact_form.html Herb Lamb Vineyards In 1987 Herb and Jennifer Lamb purchased 7 rocky acres on the eastern hillside of Saint Helena. Their first crop in 1990 was sold to neighbor winemakers and in 1991 Karl Lawrence began buying their fruit. The following year Ann Colgin chose their vineyard as the sole source for her signature Cabernet Sauvignon.
