  • QPRwines' Wine Values for 1999-2001 Tuscan Sangiovese.
    At the high end, the 2001 Podere Poggio Scalette, Alta Valle della Greve il Carbonaione averages 94 points and at $48 it is 46% of the average $103 price for a similar scoring wine earning a "Great Value" moniker. At $30, the 2000 Sette Ponti, Toscana Crognolo averages 92 points and eans a 47% "Great Value" rating. At $18 the 2001 2000 Fattoria dei Cerro, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano averages 90 points and earns a 38% QPR. At the value end of $9, the 2001 La Parrina, Rosso averages 88 points and earns a 27% "Great Value" QPR.
